The Firm

Established in 1983, Sall Spencer Callas & Krueger is a business litigation firm located in Laguna Beach, California, with particular emphasis of practice in prosecution and defense of legal malpractice cases, attorney-client fee disputes, real estate and business litigation. The Firm also provides expert witness consulting and testimony in legal ethics, lawyer conduct and determination of reasonable fees.

Our practice includes advising law firms and clients regarding legal ethics matters and duties of lawyers under the California Rules of Professional Conduct and the State Bar Act.

Our attorneys conduct an active practice before all State and Federal Courts in California. Two of our shareholders have been admitted to practice in other states, including Wisconsin, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts and Connecticut.

Our firm is active in all forms of public service, including pro bono legal representation, volunteer work related to legal ethics for the State Bar of California, the Mandatory Fee Arbitration Program, and committee service for the State Bar of California, the Orange County Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. We are strongly committed to continuing education of lawyers, client protection and improvement of the quality of the practice of law.
